Jeff returned home to Rarotonga in 2017 with something the Cook Islands property market had been missing: genuine local roots combined with real international real estate experience, having sold property on the French Riviera. With ancestral royal ties to the respected dynasty families of both the Cook Islands and French Polynesia, his network of trust with local families, landowners, and communities gives clients a genuine edge — access to properties that never reach the open market, and a deep understanding of local land tenure that no outsider can replicate.
